FAQs

We want to help you feel sure about what to expect. Here are some answers to questions you might be asking.

  • What should I wear?

Wear what's comfortable for you! Sundays are pretty casual at Redemption Church, so you don't need to stress about dressing up.

  • Where do I park?

We have a front-row space for you! Each campus has multiple visitor parking spots available ready for you to use.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

Bringing yourself is more than enough! We've got the coffee and snacks covered, and you're welcome to take those into the worship center with you. You'll notice some people like to bring a Bible or notebook with them, but it won't be weird if you don't. We've got Bibles available for you to take home, or you can download the free Bible app on your phone.

  • Where do I walk in?

Enter through the Worship Center lobby doors where you will find our Host Team, who would be happy to help you find your way.

  • How will I be greeted?

All of our campuses have friendly faces ready to welcome you! We want you to feel at home from the moment you walk through our doors.

  • How will I know where to go?

No one likes feeling lost in a new place, so at Redemption, we've made it easy for you to find your way. Every campus has clear signage pointing you in the right direction, and anyone wearing a lanyard, positioned at our doors, or serving in our lobby is ready and waiting to help you out!

  • What do I do before service?

Our cafe areas are perfect places for you to grab coffee, water, or snacks and meet other people. At Redemption Church, we're all about creating spaces where you can find your people and make friends who can help you experience the love and hope of Jesus. And if you're running late, don't worry! There'll be plenty of time after service to connect!

  • What about my kids?

We encourage kids (birth-5th grade) to join their peers in grade specific classes. If you’re here for two services, we recommend kids attend one service with you and spend one in their class. We have fun, age-appropriate environments where your kids can learn about Jesus and build lasting friendships with other kids and caring volunteers. We’re equally committed to making sure everything is safe and secure—for them and for you.

We encourage students (6th–12th grade) to be part of a worship service and then connect in a small group designed for their age and stage of life. It’s a great way for them to grow in their faith and build relationships with friends and leaders.

You can find more details about both ministries—including schedules, leaders, and what to expect—on our Kids and Students pages.

  • What is a Sunday morning service like?

Sunday services at the West Campus begin at 8:00am, 9:30am, and 11:00am.

Sunday services at the North Campus begin at 9:00am and 10:30am.

Our services are designed to be 65 minutes long. Each service will feature a variety of worship music from our band, times of prayer, and a message from our pastor or guest speaker. Our message series and topics are taught from the Bible in ways that allow us to apply them to our daily lives.

  • What’s the music like?

At Redemption Church, we have live music every weekend! We play modern, high-energy worship songs along with reflective, powerful moments of praise. You'll be invited to sing along, but you can participate however you're comfortable!

  • What are the messages like?

At each of our campuses, we have live teaching. Our message series and topics are taught from the Bible in ways that allow us to apply them to our daily lives. You can watch some of our past messages by clicking the button below.
