Before Midweek services, we have family dinner in the cafe at each campus from 5:00pm - 6:00pm and we would love for your whole family to join us!

FAQs

We want to help you feel sure about what to expect. Here are some answers to questions you might be asking.

  • Where do I go?

North Campus: Our check-in kids area is located to the left as you enter the main lobby. Look for a blue banner saying first time check-in.

West Campus: Our kid's building is located to the left as you turn into the parking lot. There is a check-in counter for new guests as you enter the building.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    Preschoolers:

If your child is not potty trained, we ask you bring diapers and items needed in case of an accident. Please label all personal items.

Our current snack rotation is puffs (toddlers and under), goldfish crackers, and animal crackers. If your child is not able to have these snacks, please send an alternative snack.

We will often give dum dum suckers, dye free fruit chews, or smarties for a treat.

    Elementary:

We like to encourage kids to bring their Bibles on Sundays so we can look up verses and stories together. We have Bibles available for kids to use while in class as well. We prefer for personal items including cell phones to remain with an adult.

We will offer snacks periodically for special themed Sundays, but not every Sunday. Kids are welcome to bring a snack with them. Many of our kids will grab a snack in the cafe before heading to class.

  • Do my kids go to service or class on Sundays?

We encourage you to do what is best for you. Your kids are welcome to stay with you during the service or you can check them into class. Our elementary kids start off with a brief time in large group, but will move to age appropriate classrooms. We use the Gospel Project Curriculum during all hours. If you are on campus both hours, we encourage kids to experience worship with you as a family and then join a class.

  • How do I check my kids in for the first time?

Volunteers will be at the Kid’s Check-In area with a First-Time Guest Card ready to help. They’ll walk you through entering your family’s information, checking in your kids, explaining what you’ll need to pick them up and direct you to the right room(s) too!

After your first Sunday, checking in is quick and simple on one of our tablets.

Want to save a step? You can pre-register your kids online and head straight to check-in when you arrive!

  • How do you keep my kids safe?

Every volunteer in our kid's ministry area has been vetted and background-checked. Additionally, they are a part of a team who works together to make sure each kid's needs are met.

At check-in, you will receive a special tag. We ask you to show the tag when your child is picked up at the end of the service. After your first time, you will be able to check-in on a tablet. The parent printed label changes after each visit, so labels can not be recycled.

  • How will I know if my child needs me during service?

If your child is upset when you leave the room, we will send you a text message keeping you up to date on your child's progress. If we need you, you will receive a text notifying you to come to their classroom.
