FAQs

We want to help you feel sure about what to expect. Here are some answers to questions you might be asking.

  • What should I wear?

Wear what’s comfortable for you! Services at Redemption Church are typically pretty casual, so there’s no need to dress up. Most people come in everyday attire like jeans, dresses, slacks, or button-downs—but come however you feel comfortable.

  • Where do I park?

We have a front-row space for you! Each campus has multiple visitor parking spots available ready for you to use.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

Bringing yourself is more than enough! You'll notice some people like to bring a Bible or notebook with them, but it won't be weird if you don't. We've got Bibles available for you to take home, or you can download the free Bible app on your phone.

  • Where do I walk in?

Enter through the Worship Center lobby doors where you will find our Host Team, who would be happy to help you find your way.

  • How will I be greeted?

All of our campuses have friendly faces ready to welcome you! We want you to feel at home from the moment you walk through our doors.

  • How will I know where to go?

No one likes feeling lost in a new place, so at Redemption, we've made it easy for you to find your way. Every campus has clear signage pointing you in the right direction, and anyone wearing a lanyard, positioned at our doors, or serving in our lobby is ready and waiting to help you out!

  • What do I do before service?

Feel free to come in, find your seat, or spend a few minutes in the lobby talking with others before the service begins. Good Friday is typically a quieter, more reflective gathering, so things may feel a little calmer than a normal Sunday. Take a moment to settle in and prepare your heart as we remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us.

  • What about my kids?

Families will attend our Good Friday service together. We will not have childcare, but our Kid’s ministry has prepared special interactive kits for each of your kids to have and explore during the service.

  • What will the service be like?

Our Good Friday service will last about one hour. It will be a meaningful and reflective time as we remember the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross. The service will include worship music from our band, times of prayer, and a message from our pastor focused on the story of Good Friday and what it means for us today.

  • What’s the music like?

At Redemption Church, we have live music every weekend! We play modern, high-energy worship songs along with reflective, powerful moments of praise. You'll be invited to sing along, but you can participate however you're comfortable!
